Refunds and Exchanges
As many of our items are customized, we have implemented a policy
of ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all products sold.
We will only accept returns or exchanges for products where the wrong item was
shipped or a part or all of the product was broken in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 15 days of the order date.
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and
make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not
available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
We accept all major credit cards.
Please contact us if you are local and interested in product delivery or pickup.

We will no longer be shipping more than 4 items per box (unless small items).
Customer is expected to pay for additional shipment of large orders.
